What this form is for

This is the model withdrawal form set out in Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014 for distance contracts. You can use it to tell us that you are withdrawing from your purchase within the 14-day period.

You do not have to use it. Any clear statement will do, including an email in your own words to info@flowgrounded.com.

How to send it

By email to info@flowgrounded.com, with the text above filled in. This is the quickest way.

By post to Mirian Pereira Soares, Av. Prof. Eng. Joaquim Vieira Natividade, 1, 2460-071 Alcobaça, Portugal. In this case, the date of posting is what counts.

We confirm receipt by email within 1 working day. If you do not get the confirmation, write again: you do not lose your right because we failed to reply.

What happens next
