Delivery and Access

No physical delivery

FlowGrounded only sells video lessons, PDF guides and a guidance service by message. There is nothing to send by post, so there is no postage and no shipping time.

You can buy and watch the lessons from any country.

When you get it

Immediately. Your access is created as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds.

How you get it

When you finish paying, you are taken to the confirmation page, which opens your lesson area. You do not need to create an account or a password.

We send the access link to the email address you gave when paying. Keep that email: it is the quickest way back to the lessons on another device.

Your browser stores a signed proof of your purchases, so you can return to the lesson area without the link.

If you bought the Guided Bundle, the lesson area also shows the button to start your WhatsApp guidance.

What you need

An up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge) and an internet connection good enough for video.

Nothing to install. It works on phones, tablets, computers and TVs that can open web pages.

For the PDFs, any PDF reader. For the guidance, a WhatsApp account.

How long it lasts

Access to the programmes you buy is for life, with no time limit and no extra payment.

The WhatsApp guidance lasts 60 consecutive days from your first message, which you can send up to 6 months after your purchase.

If we ever stop trading, we will email you at least 60 days in advance and make the files available for you to download.

Lessons in preparation

If a lesson shows as in preparation in your lesson area, the video has not been published yet. We will email you when it becomes available.

If you have not received access

First check the spam and promotions folders in your email.

In the lesson area there is a Recover access option: you enter the email you used to buy and we send you the link again.

If you still cannot get in, email info@flowgrounded.com from the address you used to buy. We confirm the payment and resend your access on the same working day.
